In 2010, South Power Grid Corp plans to put into operation in 15 key projects. In the first half of the 10 key projects put into operation, the world's first ± 800000 volt DC power transmission project -- Yun Guang UHVDC power transmission project completed and put into production, the West Guangdong supply capacity to reach 24150000 kilowatts, to meet the "eleven five" west to Guangdong agreement. 500000 V, 500000 V power transmission project on stockaded village village to Jiaying stand II echo power transmission line project and Huizhou pumped storage power station #5 unit to put into operation in May, electric safety, ensure ease Guangdong load center power supply for South Power Grid Corp drought.
